Perez embalou definitivamente para a conquista do segundo lugar na segunda etapa, ao afastar-se de forma paulatina de Mazza, fazendo um p\u00f3dio 100 por cento Ford Escort. E n\u00e3o foi mais expressivo, porque o primeiro l\u00edder, Daniel Alonso Villaron (Ford Escort RS 2000), debateu-se com problemas mec\u00e2nicos logo no in\u00edcio, perdendo bastante tempo que o afastou da luta pelos lugares cimeiros. O checo Oldrich Kovarik Jr, oriundo de uma fam\u00edlia detentora de uma preciosa cole\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos da marca Skoda, de competi\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o s\u00f3, foi outro dos pilotos em destaque, ao levar o seu Skoda Favorit 136L ao quinto lugar final.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Filipe Madureira e Lu\u00eds Boi\u00e7a, no Nissan Micra 1.3, venceram, de modo categ\u00f3rico, a prova da Ta\u00e7a de Portugal de Ralis, realizada em paralelo com a do EHRC, terminando com uma vantagem relevante para Rui Ribeiro (Ford Escort), cujos problemas no primeiro dia o atiraram para o fundo da tabela classificativa. Ant\u00f3nio Pinto dos Santos levou a \u201cfamosa\u201d Renault 4L do \u00faltimo lugar do p\u00f3dio, depois das desist\u00eancias de Jos\u00e9 Cruz (Porsche 928s) e de An\u00edbal Rolo (Datsun 1200).<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Na prova do Campeonato Norte de Ralis, cujos pilotos apenas disputam as seis classificativas deste s\u00e1bado, a primazia pertenceu \u00e0s equipas do CPR (Campeonato de Portugal de Ralis) que vieram a Fafe preparar a estreia naquele campeonato, agendada para o pr\u00f3ximo fim de semana, em Amarante. Pedro Meireles (Skoda Fabia RS Rally2) subiu ao lugar mais alto do p\u00f3dio, por uma diferen\u00e7a de 1.8s para R\u00faben Rodrigues (Toyota GR Yaris Rally2). Os dois travaram um duelo interessante, repartindo as vit\u00f3rias nas seis classificativas.
